This year Walgreen's has offered to come to our office to administer the FLU Shot to those eligible under the VA. Those of you in the Jacksonville area can avoid the drive and get your shot right here in Orange Park!

If you are a Veteran patient in the VA system, YOU MAY GET A NO-COST FLU SHOT. I have arranged for my fellow veterans so you get your shot and don't have to drive far. See flyer attached.
When: Wednesday Nov 4th at 3pm
Walgreen's
staff will be at our office to administer. You must bring your Veterans Identification Card and another form of photo ID Your immunization record will be updated electronically in your local VA electronic health record. I would be happy to answer any questions or pass them along to Walgreen's.
