Ellen,

Looks like short sale listings are dominating your market like here in Nevada. Nice to see a fair amount of seller owned listings. I can not tell you the last time i have seen a listing that is nor an REO or short sale.

Ginny, It seems to be improving alot in the 300k and up market. In the lower ranges we are still seeing alot of short sales but overall not as many. HUD and REO dropping considerably. So...I am excited that the worst seems to be behind us. I hear on the news that prices are still falling. That may be true still as the overpriced ones are reduced. The statistics show us flatlined over the past few months. AND I miss RI!
